Evolution Acquire Vantis in the North East

Evolution Business and Tax Advisors LLP, a newly formed group of North East accountants and tax advisors, have announced completion of the acquisition of the former Vantis businesses based in the North East (Middlesbrough, Darlington and Hartlepool).

Evolution comprises of the existing Vantis North East management team and has over 65 members of staff across three North East locations. The partners of Evolution have earned a reputation in the North East for their personal, friendly service and for their commitment to helping clients’ businesses to be more successful, profitable and to mitigate their tax bills. The experience the partners have, together with the networks they have formed over the years, has given them access to a wide range of professional expertise and services.

It is this commitment, and the strength of their client relationships, which the Evolution management team see as their driving force, with their aim to become the leading provider of business advisory services in the North East region.

The management team were advised by BHP Law with the acquisition being largely funded by Lloyds TSB.
